Well I would suggest disable autostart of those startup entries and see what happens if they are disabled. They could just be fragments from previously removed malware, malware that has not yet been detected by Symantec, or from an unknown program. I

 

Here is some information about RBSOLN, which maybe releated to rosolnUPDATE.exe. The behaviors of the files tracked by Prevx seem to be similar to what you are describing. 

anyone know what this is? I found it in my suspicious activity monitoring history? Is it a norton/symantec function? It noted that it made 3 modifications to my start up settings

I really never heard about it.

Google doesn't help either. I don't think it is a Norton file either
