rdpencdd.sys in the folder c:\windows\system32\drivers is infected with Backdoor.Tidserv!inf

Norton 360 reported that my file rdpencdd.sys in the folder c:\windows\system32\drivers is infected with Backdoor.Tidserv!inf
Norton could not do anything to stop or resolve this issue. How do we get rid of this problem?
