Norton tells me to re-activate. Cannot install lasted renewal on hp. Re-installment will not delete old subscription and replace.
How did you renew your product? Using the renewal process from your product? Or did you purchase a new product key?
If you are using Norton 360, open the classic interface and click on Help > Subscription Status to have your computer sync with the Norton subscription servers. If you have the newer My Norton interface, click on Open, beside Device Security.
