I'm using Norton Antivirus on a PC, and I'm seeing a very similar affect, of continuous upload. Shorly after turning on my desktop or after turning on broadband router, the TBB monitor shows continuous upload, and the internet no longer works on the desktop or laptop through wifi. The wifi is OK again if the desktop is turned off.
I'd welcome advice on how to fix this
