Re-download of Norton following inadvertant uninstalling of Program

Hi, can somebody please help me before I finish in the madhouse.

I installed new hardware on my computer.

This required that I disable my security programme.

I, in my ignorance, Uninstalled it.

When I tried to re-install, realised that I had bought it 'on line', at the end of pre-installed, trilal period. I.E No Disc.

Then could not get access to my internet connection, despite a proven live feed to the computer, it could not 'Find a gate'  or something.

I Spent fortune with computer shop, who could not cure problem, so they saved my files, then restored back to manufacturers original condition, (As at May 2007).

I Have spent 72 hours installing updates to get up to date, but problem is::::

I have over 240 days to run on my Norton 2010 subscription, but the sites will not accept my messages without a 'Key', which I do not have.

A phone call I made to Reading uk, was diverted to America, which cost me a fortune, as I spent an hour, trying to understand what an African,(Ithink), woman, with an American accent was talking about, and I gave up.

How can I get Norton to give me a download facility for my outstanding subscription ?.
