Re-enabling Norton AntiSpam toolbar in Outlook 2007

I have struggled with the Norton AntiSpam toolbar as it seems to disappear from time to time - not sure why.  However I have managed to resolve the problem (until the next time it goes) by:

  1. Selecting Disabled Items from the Outlook Help Menu
  2. Clicking on the Norton AntiSpam toolbar option
  3. Click the Enable button
  4. Exit Outlook and re-open and it should be available.
