My site has been being re-evaluated for 4+ days now.. I have a harmless e-commerce site ( openyard dot com ) on a fully patched version of Magento which is being incorrectly identified for containing Trojan.Malscript. What appears to be triggering the issue is the ___SID parameter, which is now disabled. Please let me know how to speed up our re-evaluation as I am currently currently incurring the cost of poor customer experiences and reduced customer checkout rates. I am in favor of protecting the general public from internet threats but this is not a fair experience for me at this point. What should I do??
