the re-avaluation process is stuck for more than a week now. We cleaned our website (we actually threw everything away), we resecured all passwords and now we're preparing for a relaunch, in the meantime we have a htaccess deny all, so you'll get a 403 forbidden, no matter what. We'd like to have the unsafe rating removed before relaunching. What can we do about this?
