I had the Dept of Justice / FBI scam demanding $300 in 72 hours as of yesterday. 1, I wonder why Norton allowed this to go through, aren't I paying for virus protection?. But, 2nd I called ATT at 888-341-1270 - I have Yahoo - and had to "join" SUPPOT PLUS CUSTOMER at $15 a month. From there I was directed to a "Remote Specialist", who took over my computer and fixed the problem.
