Thanks for the update. But you neglected to mention the version number of the update. When I check to see if the computers are running the latest version, that's the first thing I look for.
Also, do any of these updates address the numerous problems that have cropped up since version 2.8?
Such as:
- Multiple instances of iexplore.exe & nf.exe
- Speed issues, which I demonstrated to you in a private session
- Cannot change the account that norton family is registered to, even after an uninstall and reinstall ("Norton servers are temporarily unavailable")
When will these issues be fixed?
And when they are, please post a change log so we know they are fixed!
Thanks for the valuable feedback. The latest Windows update is 2.9.5.26 and Mac is 3.3.2.16.
As for other issues, the team has checked into the issues. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce them. One of the possibility is the Norton Family was designed for a single family use and it might be working differently in a working environment or network.
