RE-install error

Hello I updated from NIS 2013 to 2014 then I renewed my subscription....The NIS 2014 interface kept locking up and I had to close it: Also IE9 kept crashing....checked for viruses with NIS and two other programmmes then catch malware and other things...run on demand ....no problems found...went to nis support and ended up here:

https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-internet-security/21.0.1.3/solutions/v64233471_EndUserProfile_en_us?actstat=activated&entsrc=direct_pubweb&layout=Retail&ncoap=1&partner=&sitename=&substatus=current

I followed instructions and uninstalled NIS ......was directed to download site BUT I was unable to downlóad NIS as it said I*d used all my keys.....WHAT!!!   Yes I have installed on 3 PC's BUT I'd just un-installed on one....

I had to log in BUT my Password was in my UNINSTALLED Identity Safe....luckily it was on another PC.....

I realised I'd luckily D/L and saved the Download yesterday so I ran that BUT for at least an half hour I was without protection...

You now seem unable to contact a support desk...instead they ask for $99 to fix your problem....

I hope this new install works and I find no viruses..

CAN THIS LINK BE FIXED so that it knows you've uninstalled on a machine????
