Re-installed Firefox, how to get back Norton toolbar with IPS plugin?

Hi all,

 

I did a complete uninstall & then re-install of Firefox, I have Norton IS 2010 on Vista. I can't find a way of getting the Norton toolbar and necessary plugins into the browser.

 

Any help would be appreciated
