1.  Where is the recommended location to download 360 and VPN software for Android mobile phone?

2.  Can I delete and reinstall the above on a previously installed device without using up another device license?

3. Do I need to reenter the 13 character code again anywhere when reinstalling the above app?

  1. You download Norton 360 Android from the Google Play Store app on your Android device. The 360 app now has the VPN feature included so you do not need the standalone Norton Secure VPN app.
  2. Yes. As long as you are installing on the same physical device it will not add to your activation count.
  3. From this question, it sounds like you were using an Xfinity Norton security solution. That is no longer valid and you do not enter any product key into the mobile app. As long as you have already activated your subscription in your Norton Account, all you need to do is sign into your Norton Account from the 360 Android device during the installation process.
