Once you have updated to the latest version and downloaded all the updates available through LiveUpdate, please see if this issue continues. If so, please describe what you are doing when it happens, and what problem actually occurs (a blue screen appears? an error message with specific text?). Norton360 ran ok except for app hang on shutdown. Then I had BSOD with Norton360. Dell support remotely connected to my computer and after about 4 long sessions Dell had me reinstall OS. (I had my data backed up at Norton360.) Still got BSOD. Finally Dell support found one of two RAM cards was bad. Hardware Diagnostics was not making it to completion, it would freeze at memory diagnostic. Reseated the one good one and now running ok for 5 days.
