I can see from the number of moved posts that the forum feedback board is consistently drawing users for the wrong purpose. On the Norton Community page, the instructions read "register, complete your profile, choose a personal icon, read the participation guidelines and terms of service and visit Forum Feedback"
I think it would make more sense to new users to advise them to read the forum choices and choose the board that matches their product. That way it makes more sense to them, and resolves the problem of plugging up the forum feedback board with a page full of moved posts.
