I cannot log in since 3 months!

If you haven't been able to log onto your Norton Family account for 3 months, it could be a different issue than the one we experienced on Feb. 6, which has been resolved.

Assisted by Norton Support  I could solve my logon problem to NF.

 

The following steps were necessary:

 

  1. Uninstall NF from any monitored PC
  2. Reboot each PC
  3. Logon to NFs WEB interface
  4. Delete all registered computers (this is the most important step)
  5. Download NF installer
  6. Install NF on each PC to be monitored
