If you haven't been able to log onto your Norton Family account for 3 months, it could be a different issue than the one we experienced on Feb. 6, which has been resolved.

Assisted by Norton Support I could solve my logon problem to NF.
The following steps were necessary:
- Uninstall NF from any monitored PC
- Reboot each PC
- Logon to NFs WEB interface
- Delete all registered computers (this is the most important step)
- Download NF installer
- Install NF on each PC to be monitored
