Hi all,
İ ran Norton Power Eraser and got an error code:OX80045003,
The scan was NOT completed,
Does anyone know what this error code means,and what i can do about it?
İncidentally this is the second time this has happened,
having had the same error a few months back.
Thanks in advance.
PS. the code apparently means the tool can NOT access Symantec server,that's why the scan gets terminated.
Any idea as to what could fix this problem,as it seems to be NOT a one off? (it has happened before)
