Re-Partitioned C-drive into 2. Had to erase the C-drive. So will a Norton image just image?

I made an image of my hard-drive a month ago. I backed up my stuff and what's important is on other drives, so those don't need to be re-imaged or anything.

So what do I do with Norton Ghost 15?

What I did was: I had a 1TB internal drive with c-drive and Win XP. I decided to partition it so I can install Vista as E drive and a dual-boot. Using my laptop (with Visat Home Premium 64-bit), in order to get the right partition sizes, I had to erase everything. The final partition is being formatted. When It's done I plan to try the image (I have two, not too far from each other).

What happens? I just need Windows XP back-up and hopefully do not have to re-install. I think I insert the Norton Ghost DVD and find the right image then tell NG15 to install it?

Is that it? There has been a change to the c-drive. Will it be recognized? Do I need to adjust anything in the registry?

I hope the image takes and I can get this second OS installed quickly. It's been a lot of work to try and make this happen.
