I am having a similar problem with Identity Safe. There are 2 sites that I use on a regular basis in which the Identity Safe automatic login does not work. They are listed in the Manage Log-ins list but are not listed in the toolbar. I deleted them from my manage log-ins page & re-entered & still nothing. The one thing both of these sites have in common is that both sites recently changed the front page of their sites. Identity Safe worked just fine before they changed their front pages.
