RE subscribe and 2nd computer question

I hope someone here can answer my question. I have quite a bit of time left on my subscription which has two computers running my Norton 360...mine and my brother's. I never entered the information for my brother's computer into my account so how do I remove it? Do I have to go back on his computer, get into my account and add the information or..?? What I'd like to do is wait until it's time to resubscribe and then not have his computer listed so that I have my computer covered and am free to add 2 more again...am I making amy sense? I don't know tech talk. Anyway...help?     Paula

It depends how you renew. If you renew buying a retail product (which may be cheaper than renewing with Norton) then you have a new product key and if you use that just to renew one PC then the other will simply expire. Or you could try Norton Management, install that and see if both PC are listed and then deactivate one. Or you could call customer support and they may be able to sort it for you. Those are the main choices I believe.

I have Norton Management installed it only lists the computer I originally installed on but my account verifies I only have one installation left on the subscription. I would like to just renew my subscription...it's so much easier than having to uninstall and then reinstall a retail product....I will try to see if support says anything otherwise I guess I'll just cover my brother's computer for another year when the time comes . sigh. Thanks for replying! Paula

You dont have to do that. From the retail product you just need the key and then you can enter this key to extend the existing installation without any uninstall, reinstall. But you need to do this the day before the existing one expires. Or if you want to extend even earlier then you call customer support and they can add the new key ensuring no loss of days.
