Posting a new Thread
Please only report one issue per topic and please stay on topic. This will help us get to every issue. If you have multiple issues, please create a forum thread for each issue.
Be sure to look at the Known Issues List to see if we're already aware of the issue. Be sure to look through the forums to see if anyone else has already reported this issue. If you are seeing the same issue, please respond in that thread and let us know.
When you begin posting issues with the Norton beta, please be sure to include the following information:
- Make sure that your topic subject is detailed and descriptive about the issue you are experiencing.
- Norton Product name and version number (e.g. Norton Internet Security 22.0.0.xx).
- Operating System, Service Pack, Architecture (32bit or 64bit) (e.g. Windows 8.1 Update 64-bit, Windows 7 SP1 32-bit)
- Error code numbers, where applicable.
- Full screen screenshots of the problem -- click here for information on attaching screenshots to the forum.
- Step-By-Step details on how to reproduce this issue.
- Let us know how many times you were able to reproduce the issue you are reporting.
- In case of Server issues, please include date/time of when the issue was seen. Please include your time zone, as well.
All of this information will help other customers identify similar issues, and will help us in reproducing the problem here. Thanks!
