Rebooting at random with new Norton Security Suite.

The new Constant Guard Norton Security Suite installed on May 11, is having an error.
This error came with the new Security Suite yesterday.
Years ago, I had this same kind of software and gave up only telling my ISP provider.
Maybe, I had the wrong forum? Computer has Windows XP and Google Chrome.
Uninstalling your software and using your much older CD software fixed my problem last time.
The error is this computer reboots anytime it wants at random, and has a blue screen.
Lots of things are written on this screen that are hard to read so fast.
One thing it says is, "BAD_POOL_HEADER." Is that a party that needs an ambulance?
Then when it boots up again and Microsoft gives an error signature.
The error signature says:
BCCode: 19 BCP1:00000020  BCP2:873A2938  BCP3:873A2948
BCP4: 0A020000B  OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP:3_0  Product:256_1

Microsoft continues to get this information without providing a solution many times.

Many times I have noticed your virus scanner using my unzipping software.
Your virus scanner that is always working without my seeing it uses Zip Magic by Allume.
Is it possible Norton Security Suites virus scanner has a problem sometimes with Zip Magic?
Can someone please find a solution to this rebooting problem that often happens?
I do save anything I write to avoid loss like I did with my very oldest computer.
It may keep up rebooting for years when I am online, defragging, or virus scanning.
