Hi I'm trying to log in to the secure VPN on my desktop but i cant get past the recaptcha as it cuts the bottom of the box off as the window is too small and unable to scroll once the recaptcha box is open.
Anyone else had this?
Its very frustrating worked fine setting it up on my phone but not the desktop.
There is a new version of the standalone Norton Secure VPN that is supposed to address the Captcha window size. See this Norton Product Announcement blog.
Not being a programmer, I can only suggest that maybe the Captcha windows are pre programmed by the Captcha developers. Maybe they do not allow resizing??????
I have the same issue of the recaptcha window being too small (the bottom three boxes are cut off, and the submit button does not show), and not resizeable. My display is set to 100%. It was only through the tab suggestion that I could finish selecting images, submit, and get through sign-in and setup of the VPN. Norton really needs to fix this problem, as that is not an intuitive solution for most users.
With the VPN window selected if you hit the tab key does it highlight the selectable squares with an orange outlined box? If you then press tab several more times it should scroll through the selectable boxes until you reach the verify button. This worked for myself. Hope it will help others too. Norton, make the login window larger for desktop users. Scaling options are not a solution.
This issue is usually the result of having display settings set to more than 100% scaling. Norton has had issues with not allowing window resizing so this would not happen. Try setting your displays back to 100% to see if that is what is happening.
I have the same problem. When i try to sign in norton secure VPN, a recpatcha screen appears but it's too small. I cannot click on verifiy button since it doesn't exist (out of window).
