I received a Norton email in French in my inbox and not spam folder and I'm an English Norton User.
I am not certain if it's an unsolicited spam email as I have no clue who to contact and to remove me from they're French mailing lists. I have translated the email from French to English but the email is still confusing. I attached the email I received and I also apologize in advance if this is not the right forum to enquire about this email. I have no clue where to send it as on Norton's site it is very difficult to send general emails to Norton and I do not know a forwarding email to see if the email I received was indeed spam.
Thank you.
I believe Symantec knows that you are an English Speaking American. Is there a reason that someone might perceive me wrong? I would not open it. I would write -
mikeromo [Symantec Employee]
He would give you much better counsel than I could ever give. Give him all of the information possible.
[Edit: Replaced the email address with the username to conform with Participation Guidelines and Terms of Service]
Thank you, for the correction. I want to stay in compliance.
I want to appologize as I thought my options in my Norton community settings to alert when a reply was sent is not working and if I knew I had responses I would have replied sooner.
Thanks TylerDurden and Grumpy48 I would have forwarded the odd email to your recomendations but I no longer have it as I deleted it.
