I am running Norton 2010 Version 5.1.0.29 downloaded from Xfinity. My email client is Outlook 2007. It seems that all emails from my colleagues (with the same domain as mine) are considered spams (marked as "Norton AntiSpam") and are automatically moved to my "Junk email" folder of Outlook. I want these emails to go to my Inbox instead. I looked at the Trusted Center under Tool tab of outlook and saw "Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin" under "Add-ins". And I could not disable it. Is this the right thing to do? Anyone out there could help with this? I really appreciate it!
