Hello to all:
After completing a survey for recent Norton Live Tech support (they accessed my computer) i rec'd the below but i accidently hit 'delete' before choosing the free-download ...(did try to click to repeat the survey but pop up stated I had already 'taken' the survey''.)
. i wrote in to the address that sent the survey asking if it could be re-sent explaining what happened..... i haven't rec'd a yes/no from Norton ... any suggestions? thanks in advance for any ideas..... Edythe
