Recent NIS 2014 LiveUpdate issue is affecting Windows 7 as well

After installing recent NIS 2014 LiveUpdate, the following has been witnessed on Windows 7:

1.) Open Firefox 31 results in error that Firefox has stopped working.

2.) Open Internet Explorer 11 results in error that Internet Explorer has stopped working.

3.) Cannot connect to Windows Update/Microsoft Update.

4.) On restart, the NIS 2014 notification area icon disappears and reappears. Same for NIS.exe in Task Manager Processes Tab.

5.) When open NIS 2014 and try to run LiveUpdate or perform a Quick Scan, NIS 2014 automatically closes/exits itself, including the notification area icon disappearing.

6.) When restored an image and ran LiveUpdate, it had been 28 days since the last time LiveUpdate was run and the update was 298MB. The important part is that the update was successful including through the point of saying "Completed" for each of the three stages, then NIS 2014 automatically closed/exited itself, including the notification area icon disappearing.

Just wanted to let you know that what other people are reporting for XP is also happening on 7.
