Noted a post on here some 7 days ago, which made interesting reading, in which the poster was unable to retrieve data from cloud in the way desired.
Although not totally conversant with the workings of cloud, I too have a similar issue.
Recently had my HDD replaced, but I am unable to access some of the data.
I am using MS Office but cannot xfer some data to it.
Prior to the HDD being replaced, I made a point of uploading to cloud, and the date of uploading is indicated on 2 of the 7 cloud segments which include recent uploads.
My main question being, If the data was created prior to the change of Computer (2018) then would any segments from previous PC cloud data NOT be shown as updated, even though they were uploaded to cloud earlier this year.
Further, if I am able to recover data, is it possible to drag and drop into MS Office XL ?
