My computer uses Windows NT; I bought it used from a university, so I don't have a boot disk. Last week, my computer froze up while viewing a news & opinion website. Ctrl+Alt+Del didn't bring up the End Task box, so I toggled the power switch to reboot. The system started up, but Windows did not; it returned to the system boot stage, in an endless loop.
The people at my local computer store said that Norton Ghost could restore my system, or at least enable me to extract my files from it. The problem is, Ghost 14 (the product currently available) is for Vista and XP. I need something that will work with NT on a ten-year-old computer.
Is there any way I can do this?
