I have two recurring problems that Norton doesn't seem to help me with. First off is that I have random text on any site turn into links, by DNSunlocker. And when I click on sites, a random ad page comes up, or an empty page, and this keeps happening even if I go back to the page and try to click again.
Other than that, Norton also tells me that it blocked an attack by 'System Infected: Adware.Gen.Activity 3' several times, and gives me an option to run power eraser, which essentially does nothing.
Both the system infected warning by norton and dns unlocker is persistent, and I cannot remove it. Norton's Power eraser didn't work, I have used norton to search for problems, I have used Spy Hunter 4, and still these problems persist. Any help?
