My desktop computer running on Windows XP SP3 upgrade had crashed and I had to load the original Windows XP SP1a for Windows set up and I had click repair as instructed.
All the icons on my desktop are working except for Norton Internet security on the bottom tray with a red cross instead of the green tickmark. I click on Internet security and run live update. seems to be working but still had a red cross sign. I click on auto protect and not working.
I purchase NIS 2011. Do I have to uninstall first NIS 2011? I first purchased 2009 NIS and every year I just buy a new NIS software. I threw away the original NIS2009.
