I have noticed recently that anime streaming sites are being flagged by Norton 360 as having malware as reported by Google. Because Google complies with DMCA ...and DMCA bases their blocks on complaints of copyright infringements that may or may not exist for a particular web site /server. I feel this could very well be an attempt to restrict access to websites that cannot be shut down legally for one reason or other. I suggest Semantec/Norton do a malware probe of these sites using a non-biased team rather than relying on google (who even developed an Android Anime streaming app that will send your viewing information back to them). I conducted the following experiment : After ignoring the warning,I went to the website and watched all the steaming content released this week, and ran 3 different malware scans (Norton and 2 other comprable brands) of the files I was viewing. All scans showed 0 malware found. Checked file content and checked for malware inserted into my memory. Afterwards I checked temp and cache folders for downloaded malware...none. Full PC scan yielded 5 tracking cookies...irritating, but NOT malware. Firefox strips them out at browser close anyway.
