Refund and cancel subscription

I called Norton support for a refund on a auto renewal that has been going on for years on my credit card without my consent. I also wanted very much to cancel my subscription, this was two weeks ago, and have not received anything. Why is it so hard to get anything back but Norton is very good at charging people without their knowledge? Maybe I should advise the proper authorities who would be interest in this?

Hello. Do you still have auto-renewal set to ON within your Norton account? If so that is most likely why the renewals are being done. Conversely, have you gone through the steps in the below article to have the issue resolved?
