Hi i am having problem contacting the support for my country Greece, the phone number doesn't work i sent emails no answers yet. I want to cancel the my subscription and return the amount of 94.99 euro.

This situation has been complained about for a long time now. It is not a scam. It is marketing practice used by many subscription services, such as telecommunications companies. You get a discounted price as a new customer and then at renewal you pay the then current 'regular' price. The 29.99 eu price is the discounted price as shown in your link. Regular 74.99.
You can contact Norton Support and request a refund of the renewal price and then purchase the new product at the price you saw advertised. www.norton.com/contactcs As you explain the situation, the agent may just refund you the difference between the two prices.
