i was charged on my bank account for an auto renewal for norton but i do not use this product anymore and havent used it in the past year or so..i bought it and installed on my computer but the product never worked again after my computer crashed so i accepted my losses but now a year later i am being chrged so i would like a refund for my money back considering i dont use the product any help would be much appreciated!
