Live chat doesn't work as I also want a refund for 2 automatic renewals at £45 each when I can go and buy the product for £20 (as I only have 1 laptop)
You fill the details in from link you have provided and it takes you to the relevant screen, but when you click on the CHAT NOW button it takes you to NORTON PHONE SUPPORT (not chat???), so when you complete that, the CONTINUE buton doesn't work!!!
Now what do we do?
