Refund for Norton Utilities Ultimate

It appears like Norton has made it impossible to request a refund for a product that I thought I had cancelled. The structure of their billing process is intentionally confusing, and I cancelled Norton 360, but somehow still got billed for Norton Utilities Ultimate. I would like to find a link to request a refund immediately.
