Refund help

I have followed every instruction on how to cancel to get a refund, yet after cancelling I can not see how to get a refund at all. I tried to connect to support but was in hold for over 15 mins and it didn’t seem to be connecting. Since downloading Norton an hour ago, I want even access my bank app or other legit apps. How do I get a refund?
