Hello It seems the only way to get a solution to this is to air it on the forums here. I asked for a Refund for my Annual subscription of Norton antivirus Norton Lifelock etc it cost 62.99 CAD They said they put in the request on January 20th and gave me a few confirmation emails and said I was good to go and would see the refund in 5 to 7 business days. That was on January 20th. Today is February 8th. I have been in contact with Norton and My personal bank continually since than and Norton said just give it more time more time it will come. And that is really all Norton has done and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was following up with my bank in the Back ground they suggested they could do a Investigation for me in the background while I follow up with Norton and I would need to supply them with supporting documents that I am in contact with Norton I said sure. I am not going to Talk dirty about Norton as they have Been very Polite and Kind over the last couple of weeks and I would appreciate if this was just handled but it is just taking way TOO LONG. *** My bank said it should be done already*** and By reading other posts in the forum and Looking at what others have said I CAN TELL THAT IT IS NOT A BANK ISSUE. ***ITS A NORTON ISSUE***.
