I'm in the midst of resolving my computer infection, which Norten management has abandoned efforts to fix, I found a statement from Norten which reads as follows:
"In the unlikely event that Symantec is unable to remove a virus from your device, you may be entitled to a refund of the Norton subscription or Norton bundle (as applicable)."
Has anyone done this? Who do I seek to DEMAND a refund? email address?
