Refund not received

I have found it to be an incredible difficulty to obtain a refund from Norton.  I have "chatted" with someone from Norton about 7 times and I still don't have a refund.  I have been fussing with them for about 6 months.  We were told we could have a refund, but getting it seems nigh impossible.  Needless to say, we are using Avast and are happy with it.  I will never go with Norton again.
