Refund please!

Hello Norton Team,

I requested a refund of Norton subscription on 16/10/23. I then received an email to say I received the refund, but in actual fact, I have not recieved any refund to my account.

I really need my money back as the subscription was cancelled, but the direct debit still occurred.

This is presently poor form by Norton.

Please fix this ASAP.

If you are receiving these 'Invoices' by email, you need to check the sender's email address.  Check the sender's email address against this information.  Is this email from Norton legitimate?   Getting multiple order numbers is a clue that these are scammers. Do not click on any links in those emails or call any phone numbers. Just delete the emails.

What was the date of the email you received that 'confirmed' your refund? If just recently, it could be that that is the date Norton submitted the return to your bank. It may still take a few days for the bank to process the return.   Returns on bank/credit card accounts always take longer than purchases as they confirm the transaction is legitimate.
