Refund problem. Advice please

After having tried NIS2009 I bought it.

This was a mistake. I should have stayed with what I was using.

I decided to request a refund. I checked and carefully read the requirements for getting a refund. I met them all. I first tried it on 1click support and the agent did nothing but try to disuade me from getting my refund.

I didn't want to sit here and argue with the agent so I gave up and waited a couple of days and then tried again.

I was able to get a bit of help via email.

I received this message from Norton Support.

 

"Please note that a refund has already been submitted for the order number 4799045914. You will receive the refund in the amount of $68.98 within 7 business days."

 

This message was from an agent.

It was dated March 6, 2009.

10 business days and still no refund.

My bank, Chase, does not hold transactions. Deposits are credited the day they are received.

I've written to the agent a couple of times asking for help and was told that it takes 7 business days.

That was yesterday.

I'm hoping that by posting this here I might get some help or be directed to a person who could help with this.
