Refund problem

Norton was unable to solve my problem and deleted the virus by myself now I want to cancel my annual subscription and take refund. I purchased the subscription like 1 hour ago. Also I tried to cancel it by live chat but because I live in Turkey I can't communicate with US or UK numbers and in the link that says contact information for other countries there was no contact information so help.
