Help ! I bought NIS for my desktop in July 2010 (expires 8/2011; for 3PCs.) Recently bought a new notebook with trial version of Norton 2011. I was unable to figure out how to access my other two PCs from the previous purchase and activate on the notebook when my trial expired. Also, recently bought on line (in error) Norton 360 plus download insurance for the notebook. It will not allow me to download because it says it's an older version. I would like to contact Norton and see if I can get a refund or upgrade to NIS 2011 for the notebook. But shouldn't I have been able to get NIS 2010 from my previous purchase since I still had 2 PCs under the plan?? Clearly, I'm in a mess and don't know what I'm doing. I found somewhere that I should contact my "regional/country Customer Support Representative" to get a refund. Can't seem to find how to do that, either. Need a contact address and/or a number to call to speak to a real person. Any help would be appreciated.
