Refund

Oh My God. I never knew that trying to get a refund out of a billion dollar company was so infuriating. You have no email address or contact number to use.
I had a yearly renewal come out of my account today.
Funny as i didn’t update my new bank card details and as the card had expired i believed there email: “If you don’t update your account with your new debit card details you will not be protected”.
So today when i got an email to say Norton have successfully secured me another year of protection, i scratched my head.
2hours later and afer reading this diabolical community support. i am now venting, like every post i have read regarding customers getting there money back. Majorly disappointing Norton.
PLEASE REINSTATE MY MONEY YOU TOOK WHEN YOU DIDN’T EVEN HAVE AN UP TO DATE DEBIT CARD IN YOUR SYSTEM. SHAME ON YOU.
