I have just had my subscription automatically renewed, it doesn’t actually start until November, I’ve spent hours going round in circles trying to cancel and request a refund, it sounds easy when you read the ‘what to do’ section but no matter what I click on I end up back at the picking list, same happened when I eventually got on to one of the support sections, I am so frustrated, annoyed, there appears to be no way of contacting Norton, although in one place it says you need to contact us directly….HOW? Can anybody please help me?

Users that do not want automatic renewal are urged (by users) to Unsubscribe and Delete their payment profile…~65++ days ahead…far enough ahead to avoid being billed.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless the renewal is canceled before billing. Renewal payments are billed annually (up to 35 days before renewal) or monthly depending on your billing cycle.
