Issue abstract: payment taken when I can’t even access the vpn subscription and I have zero idea where it’s come from
Detailed description: I saw on my bank app that it made a 69.99 payment from Norton but I LITERALLY cannot access it at all and I don’t want it. I thought it was cancelled last year and I left it but it seems the money has been taken anyways. I really need that back and I don’t use a vpn anyways. But I don’t know the account information for this payment as it says for this account that there is nothing. I really need a real Person to talk to me and fix this.
