I have just bought a new laptop and there was an error at startup and I ended up buying Norton Security from my pre-existing account., which failed to initialise. Eventually I restarted the laptop and at startup was informed he laptop came with the expected pre-installed Norton Security, which has now been activated. How do I get a refund for the security system bought in error?
