RegClean Pro - malware. Nightmare!

RegClean Pro (says its a Microsoft partner - but it's NOT...). 

 

I made a mistake and downloaded this malware (yeah, lesson learned. U don't get owt for nowt!). But. I just cannot get rid of it. It pops up a 'scan' everytime I reboot. I have run my Norton 360 apps through and it doesn't touch it. Can anyone help this techno-numpty out? Simple language pls, am no computer geek.

Oooh just panicked myself again...Norton warning flashes up when I try to access one of the sites you've mentioned... not dissing u Dick but can anyone help me verify a safe house? Having been bitten once (RegPro Clean u nasties) am fearful of letting any more bugs attack my Precious.
